Many of my childhood memories are filled with delicious, homemade cookies. Growing up, my siblings and I would often come home from school to freshly baked cookies. At a young age I learned the art of baking from my mother and I've been baking ever since.

I was inspired by my aunt, who was "the baker" of the family- she always brought the best treats to all the family events.  Her toffee cookies were absolutely the best cookies ever.  As an adult, and with kids and nieces and nephew of my own, I have become the family baker and continue the tradition of those delicious toffee cookies!
